Return and Refund Policy

At Pulsa Start Store, many of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Because each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not usually accept returns or exchanges for customer choice reasons.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong colour
- Entering the wrong product option
- Changing your mind after purchase
- No longer wanting the item

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if relevant

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund where appropriate.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and check with the local delivery carrier before a replacement or refund is approved.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to reship the order, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Size Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer free size exchanges. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If you would like a different size, you may need to place a new order.

Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse, including cases where a customer simply changes their mind after purchase.

Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
